Effortlessly meet your expectations

Material

There is a wide range of options available, from sapphire glasses that are ultra-hard and suitable for high-performance watches to cheaper mineral glass and even lightweight plexiglass, which is cost-effective for those on a budget.

Shape

We also customize shapes, such as round, square, and irregular ones, according to your design specifications, with different sizes, thicknesses, and edge treatments.

Coating

It offers various functional treatments like anti-reflective coatings, anti-fingerprinting techniques, and even anti-UV protection measures so that it will be more practical and durable when used in making wristwatch glasses.

Watch glass manufacturing process

  • Cut pieces of Sapphire, Quartz, Mineral, or any other type of glass. This is done using laser technology or CNC cutting that ensures the best measurements.
  • We do double-side polishing, which removes all the defects in the sides and edges of the newly polished surface glass so that it appears perfect to our clients.
  • Molding is done to meet each requirement precisely by minutely complying with these specifications until the desired shapes are obtained.
  • The watch glass is given a rough grind, taking 98% of its shape, and then finished to bring out its highest and purest quality possible.
  • Polish entire product.
  • Test your expectations on the coming glass to ensure they are met once checked.
  • Tempering and strengthening glasses in question.
  • Use ultrasonic waves to clean off unwanted dirt stuck on various parts of items such as watches or computers
  • Finally, an extensive inspection and appraisal of the overall quality will be conducted before this product is packaged for shipment worldwide.

Quartz Glass-2

Quartz Glass:

Made of pure silicon dioxide, it has extremely high heat resistance and chemical stability. It is often used in high-temperature environments, optical instruments, and precision fields such as semiconductor manufacturing.
Sapphire_crystal_glass

Sapphire glass:

Made of artificial sapphire crystal, it has extremely high hardness and scratch resistance. Commonly used in high-end watch mirrors and screen protection for some smart devices.
Acrylic_material

Acrylic glass/PMMA:

Lightweight, highly transparent plastic material with good impact resistance. Widely used in areas such as signs, display cabinets and interior decoration, it is an ideal substitute for glass.
PC_material

PC (polycarbonate):

High-strength, high-toughness thermoplastic plastic with excellent impact resistance. Widely used in areas such as safety equipment, automotive parts and electronic product housings
Glass_shape_CNC_processing

CNC Manufacturing

CNC glass processing uses CNC technology for precise, complex shapes. This method can drill, mill, cut, and polish. It works on various glass types and thicknesses.

Glass_cutting_and_water_jet_cutting

Water Jet Manufacturing

Water jet cutting uses high-pressure water to cut glass. Sometimes, abrasives are mixed in. This cold-cutting technology avoids a heat-affected zone. It prevents thermal stress and micro-cracking of the glass. Water jets can cut thick and laminated glass. They can create complex shapes and contours while keeping smooth, burr-free edges.

custom_glass_for_Lasers

Laser Manufacturing

Laser glass processing uses high-energy laser beams for cutting, engraving, and marking. This method offers high precision and clarity. It excels at processing complex patterns and tiny details. Laser processing is fast. It can handle various glass thicknesses. It can also achieve non-contact processing, reducing mechanical stress on the glass surface.

Glass_dust_free_workshop silk screen printing

Silk-screen printing:

Silk-screen printing is a traditional, versatile technique that works on many glass surfaces. A unique screen can press ink onto the glass, achieving large-area, highly saturated color printing.

Digital_Glass_Printing

Digital printing:

Digital printing, a cutting-edge and flexible technique, allows for high customization in glass decoration. Utilizing advanced digital printers, complex, multi-colored patterns and fine details can be printed directly onto the glass.

UV_print

UV printing:

UV printing uses UV curing technology to print special inks directly onto the glass, cured immediately. This method offers excellent durability and vivid colors. It dries quickly, too. UV printing can create high-quality images on various glass surfaces, including clear and colored glass.

Anti_reflective_coating

Anti-reflective coating:

This coating cuts light reflection from the glass and boosts light transmittance. It is widely used in optical instruments, screens, and solar panels, improving clarity and efficiency.

Anti_fingerprint_coating

Anti-fingerprint coating:

An anti-fingerprint coating forms a film on the glass. It reduces the stickiness of fingerprints and oil stains and makes the glass easier to clean. This coating suits touch screens, smart devices, and high-end architectural glass.

custom_mirror_service

Mirror coating:

Mirror coating forms a highly reflective metal film on the surface of glass. This coating can create various mirror effects. It's suitable for decorative mirrors, architectural glass, and optical reflectors.

optical_coating

Optical coating:

Optical coatings can adjust the transmission, reflection, and absorption characteristics of light, optimizing optical performance. They are used in precision optical devices like lenses, filters, and lasers.

Color_coating

Color coating:

Color coating can produce various colors on glass, like gold, red, and blue. It can serve decorative and functional purposes, like solar control.

Chromium_coating

Chromium coating:

Chromium coatings provide metallic luster and corrosion resistance to glass surfaces. They are often used in automotive parts and architecture. They combine beauty and practicality.

ito_coated

ITO coating:

ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) coating provides conductivity while maintaining transparency. It is key to modern electronics and is used in touch screens, smart windows, and solar cells.

edge_glass_2D_edge_glass

2D edge

Classic straight edge treatment, two sides are polished at right angles, the edge is flat and smooth, suitable for conventional glass products, and is the most basic and common edge treatment method.

edge_glass_2.5D_edge_glass

2.5D edge

The edge presents an elegant arc transition, which is more rounded and softer than the 2D edge, ensuring safety and improving the visual experience. It is often used in consumer electronic products such as mobile phone covers.

3D edge

The edge adopts complex three-dimensional curved surface treatment, presenting a smoother and more natural three-dimensional effect, with excellent hand feel, and is mostly used in high-end electronic products and fine home glass.

Stepped_edge

Stepped edge

The edge presents a stepped multi-level structure, which can meet special installation and matching requirements. It is often used in embedded installation scenarios and special functional glass products.

FAQ

Most watches in the mid-price range commonly feature mineral glass due to its scratch resistance compared to plastic or acrylic glass, which costs a little less.

To remove a scratch from the glass, do the following: First, put some buffing paste (Brasso or Displex) on the scratch. Then, rub a given region constantly with a microfiber cloth around it in circles. The scratch will disappear within a few minutes.

The most scratch-resistant and durable watch crystal on the market is sapphire glass, which is why it is ideal for luxury watches. Although it is also the most expensive, sapphire crystals are rigid to break compared to other types of glass, such as mineral or acrylic. Moreover, it may require special tools to cut and fit because it’s less shatter-resistant than mineral or acrylic glass.

Search for imperfections and inclusions. Use a jeweler’s glass with at least 10x magnification to examine the sapphire thoroughly. Sapphires are formed with small impurities, so look for minute spots and marks. These imperfections are an excellent sign of genuine sapphires.

A wrist size of six inches is considered to be small. Small to medium cases have a diameter of about 34mm—38mm. If your wrist measures between seven and a half and seven inches in circumference, you fall into the average category. For this range, watches with a diameter of 39, 40, and 42 mm are recommended. This range offers a balance between comfort and style. Large is considered as at least eight inches and up. Cases between 44-46mm, or even 47mm, will give the wearer a more proportional look.
